目的：综合分析性乱患者中出现艾滋病恐慌症的原因，探讨一种可行的治疗方案。方法：对20例性乱后出现艾滋病恐慌症的患者予以综合治疗，消除患者恐慌情绪，改善患者生活质量。结果：20例患者经积极的个体化综合治疗，均彻底消除恐慌情绪，改善其生活治疗。结论：对性乱后出现的艾滋病恐慌症，要综合分析，个体化治疗，同时注重人文关怀，方可取得满意的效果。
목적：종합분석성란환자중출현애자병공황증적원인，탐토일충가행적치료방안。방법：대20례성란후출현애자병공황증적환자여이종합치료，소제환자공황정서，개선환자생활질량。결과：20례환자경적겁적개체화종합치료，균철저소제공황정서，개선기생활치료。결론：대성란후출현적애자병공황증，요종합분석，개체화치료，동시주중인문관부，방가취득만의적효과。
Objectives:To comprehensively analyze the causes of AIDS-panic disorder for patients with sexual promiscuity to explore an valuable treatment approach.Methods:Applying combined treatment measures to 20 patients with AIDS-panic disorder after sexual promiscuity,to eliminate patients’panic emotion and improve the quality of their life.Results:After having received active individualized comprehensive therapy,all the 20 cases had completely eliminated the panic emotion,and their life quality had been effectively improved.Conclusions:For patients with AIDS-panic disorder after sexual promiscuity,while focusing on human-caring,we should carefully analyze every case,and apply individual therapeutical measure in order to get a satisfactory result.
