The output and influence of academic papers of scientific published by science research institutions in Bei-jing,Tianjin and Shanghai were compared and analyzed. In the paper,the output took number of published papers, annual changing trend of papers and number of papers in key research areas as major analysis factors;the influence took citation frequency and key word frequency as the major factors. The data sourced from CNKI,Vip and Wanfang databases. It is concluded that the academic output of Beijing Science of Science Research Center ranked the second, and its academic influence ranked the third.
