目的:针对妊娠期尖锐湿疣(CA)患者外周血Thl/Th2型细胞因子的表达及相关机制展开研究,为临床治疗提供一定的依据。方法:选取我院2011年12月至2012年12月间收治的30例处于妊娠期的尖锐湿疣患者作为本次的研究对象,即妊娠期尖锐湿疣组,并将其与另外30例非妊娠的尖锐湿疣患者进行比较,即非妊娠尖锐湿疣组。采用双抗体夹心ELLSA法检测妊娠期尖锐湿疣患者的血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)与白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的表达,并将其与正常妊娠患者进行对比。结果:经过研究发现,妊娠期尖锐湿疣组血清IL-2的浓度明显低于与非妊娠尖锐湿疣组相比,两组对比有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠可能会通过削弱患者的Th1型反应导加重患者的病情,而尖锐湿疣可能不会影响正常妊娠的母体免疫。

목적:침대임신기첨예습우(CA)환자외주혈Thl/Th2형세포인자적표체급상관궤제전개연구,위림상치료제공일정적의거。방법:선취아원2011년12월지2012년12월간수치적30례처우임신기적첨예습우환자작위본차적연구대상,즉임신기첨예습우조,병장기여령외30례비임신적첨예습우환자진행비교,즉비임신첨예습우조。채용쌍항체협심ELLSA법검측임신기첨예습우환자적혈청백세포개소-2(IL-2)여백세포개소-10(IL-10)적표체,병장기여정상임신환자진행대비。결과:경과연구발현,임신기첨예습우조혈청IL-2적농도명현저우여비임신첨예습우조상비,량조대비유명현차이(P<0.05)。결론:임신가능회통과삭약환자적Th1형반응도가중환자적병정,이첨예습우가능불회영향정상임신적모체면역。
Objectives:To study the related mechanisms and expression of Thl/Th2 type cytokines in pe-ripheral blood of patients with Pregnancy genital warts (CA)to provide a basis for clinical treatment.Methods:30 patients with genital warts during pregnancy treated in our hospital from December 201 1 to December 201 2 were se-lected as study objects,namely pregnancy CA group.Another 30 non-pregnant of patients with genital warts were selected,namely non-pregnant CA group.ELLSA double antibody sandwich assay was used to test the expression of serum interleukin-2 (IL-2)and interleukin-1 0 (IL-1 0)in patients with genital warts during pregnancy.The re-sults were compared with normal pregnancy patients.Results:The serum concentration of IL-2 of pregnancy CA group was significantly lower than that of non-pregnant CA group.The difference between the two groups was statis-tically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Pregnancy may exacerbate the patient’s condition by weakening the Th1-type response in patients,and genital warts may not affect the maternal immunity of normal pregnant patients.
