目的：观察CO2激光联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗男性尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法：选取我院近年来收治的86例男性尖锐湿疣患者按照治疗方法不同分为治疗组（CO2激光联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗组）45例与对照组（单纯CO2激光治疗组）41例，连续治疗4周，比较两组患者临床疗效。结果：治疗组治愈38例，复发7例，治愈率为84.4％，复发率为15.6％。对照组治愈28例，复发13例，治愈率为68.3％，复发率为31.7％。两组患者治愈率、复发率比较均有显著差异（χ2＝7.152，P＝0.031）。结论：CO2激光联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗男性尖锐湿疣可提高短期治愈率、降低近期复发率，且安全性较高，值得推广应用。

목적：관찰CO2격광연합중조인간우소α-2b치료남성첨예습우적림상료효。방법：선취아원근년래수치적86례남성첨예습우환자안조치료방법불동분위치료조（CO2격광연합중조인간우소α-2b치료조）45례여대조조（단순CO2격광치료조）41례，련속치료4주，비교량조환자림상료효。결과：치료조치유38례，복발7례，치유솔위84.4％，복발솔위15.6％。대조조치유28례，복발13례，치유솔위68.3％，복발솔위31.7％。량조환자치유솔、복발솔비교균유현저차이（χ2＝7.152，P＝0.031）。결론：CO2격광연합중조인간우소α-2b치료남성첨예습우가제고단기치유솔、강저근기복발솔，차안전성교고，치득추엄응용。
Objectives:To observe the clinical efficacy of carbon dioxide laser combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b treatment on condyloma acuminatum.Methods:86 males with condyloma acuminatum trea-ted in our hospital in recent years were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment meth-ods,the treatment group (carbon dioxide laser combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b)with 45 cases and the control group (single carbon dioxide laser)with 41 cases.Two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared.Results:For the treatment group,there were 38 cured cases and 7 cases with relapse,with a recovery rate of 84.4%,and recurrence rate of 1 5.6%.For the control group,there were 28 cured cases and 1 3 cases with relapse,with a recovery rate of 68.3%and recurrence rate of 31 .7%.The differences of the recovery rate (χ2=8.21 3,P=0.024)and the recurrence rate (χ2=7.1 52,P=0.031 )between the two groups were statistically significant.Conclusion:Carbon dioxide laser combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b treat-ment on condyloma acuminatum can improve short-term recovery rate and reduce recurrence rate,which is safe and worthy of promotion and application.
