目的：观察CO2激光联合包皮环切术治疗复发性男性尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法：将147例男性复发性尖锐湿疣随机分两组，治疗组采用CO2激光联合包皮环切术治疗，对照组单纯用CO2激光治疗，比较两组的疗效。结果：治疗组一次性治愈率、半年治愈率、平均复发次数分别为67.53％、93.51％、（1.72±0.98）次；对照组的一次性治愈率、半年治愈率、平均复发次数分别为50％、72.86％、（3.96±1.45）次。治疗组的治愈率明显高于对照组，而治疗组的平均复发次数也显著低于对照组。结论：采用CO2激光联合包皮环切术治疗尖锐湿疣，可以提高治愈率，减少复发次数，值得在男性复发性尖锐湿疣中推广应用。
목적：관찰CO2격광연합포피배절술치료복발성남성첨예습우적료효。방법：장147례남성복발성첨예습우수궤분량조，치료조채용CO2격광연합포피배절술치료，대조조단순용CO2격광치료，비교량조적료효。결과：치료조일차성치유솔、반년치유솔、평균복발차수분별위67.53％、93.51％、（1.72±0.98）차；대조조적일차성치유솔、반년치유솔、평균복발차수분별위50％、72.86％、（3.96±1.45）차。치료조적치유솔명현고우대조조，이치료조적평균복발차수야현저저우대조조。결론：채용CO2격광연합포피배절술치료첨예습우，가이제고치유솔，감소복발차수，치득재남성복발성첨예습우중추엄응용。
Objectives:To observe the curative effect of CO2 laser combined with circumcision in the treat-ment of recurrent condyloma acuminatum.Methods:1 47 male patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group treated by CO2 laser combined with circumcision and the con-trol group treated with CO2 laser treatment.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The one-time cure rate,half a year-cure rate and mean recurrence times of treatment group were 67.53%,93.51%and 1 .72±0. 98 times respectively;and in the control group,they were 50%,72.86%and 3.96 ±1 .45 times.The cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the mean recurrence times of treatment group was obviously less than that of control group.Conclusions:The therapy of CO2 laser combined with circumci-sion can raise the cure rate and reduce recurrent times,which should be widely promoted.
