用乙酸乙酯和乙腈提取稻米中的阿维菌素,通过 FLD 检测器、高效液相色谱仪测定阿维菌素残留。结果表明,采用乙酸乙酯与乙腈提取较好,建立了快速测定稻米中阿维菌素残留的分析方法,具有良好的灵敏度与回收率。阿维菌素最小检出量为1.4×10-11 g,糙米中阿维菌素最低检测浓度为0.001 mg/ kg,平均回收率为82.38%~82.66%,RSD 9.8%~10.5%,可满足农药残留分析的要求。
用乙痠乙酯和乙腈提取稻米中的阿維菌素,通過 FLD 檢測器、高效液相色譜儀測定阿維菌素殘留。結果錶明,採用乙痠乙酯與乙腈提取較好,建立瞭快速測定稻米中阿維菌素殘留的分析方法,具有良好的靈敏度與迴收率。阿維菌素最小檢齣量為1.4×10-11 g,糙米中阿維菌素最低檢測濃度為0.001 mg/ kg,平均迴收率為82.38%~82.66%,RSD 9.8%~10.5%,可滿足農藥殘留分析的要求。

Using ethylacetate and acetonitrile extraction of abamectin in rice,and through the FLD detec-tor,the HPLC determination of avermectin residues in rice. The results showed that using ethyl acetate and acetonitrile extraction,to establish a rapid analysis method for the determination of avermectin residue in rice,sensitivity and recovery rate is good,the instrument of avermectin minimum detectable quantity was 1. 4 × 10 - 11 g. The minimum detectable concentration of abamectin in brown rice is 0. 001 mg / kg,the av-erage recovery rate was 82. 38% ~ 82. 66% ,RSD was 9. 8% ~ 10. 5% ,meet the requirement of pesticide residue analysis.
