将烯丙基缩水甘油醚与丙烯酰胺共聚合成带环氧基的亲水高分子,并利用其共交联木质素制备木质素基吸水树脂,考察了木质素用量、丙烯酰胺与烯丙基缩水甘油醚的配比、pH 等对树脂吸水性能的影响。结果表明,木质素基吸水树脂具有 pH 敏感性,吸水倍率随 pH 增加而增大;吸水树脂的吸水率随着木质素用量的增加而降低,增加烯丙基缩水甘油醚用量,吸水树脂的交联密度增加,其吸水率降低。当木质素用量为5 g,丙烯酰与烯丙基缩水甘油醚的配比为0.06:0.03时,制备的木质素基吸水树脂在 pH =9的水溶液中吸水倍率为36.3 g/ g。
將烯丙基縮水甘油醚與丙烯酰胺共聚閤成帶環氧基的親水高分子,併利用其共交聯木質素製備木質素基吸水樹脂,攷察瞭木質素用量、丙烯酰胺與烯丙基縮水甘油醚的配比、pH 等對樹脂吸水性能的影響。結果錶明,木質素基吸水樹脂具有 pH 敏感性,吸水倍率隨 pH 增加而增大;吸水樹脂的吸水率隨著木質素用量的增加而降低,增加烯丙基縮水甘油醚用量,吸水樹脂的交聯密度增加,其吸水率降低。噹木質素用量為5 g,丙烯酰與烯丙基縮水甘油醚的配比為0.06:0.03時,製備的木質素基吸水樹脂在 pH =9的水溶液中吸水倍率為36.3 g/ g。
장희병기축수감유미여병희선알공취합성대배양기적친수고분자,병이용기공교련목질소제비목질소기흡수수지,고찰료목질소용량、병희선알여희병기축수감유미적배비、pH 등대수지흡수성능적영향。결과표명,목질소기흡수수지구유 pH 민감성,흡수배솔수 pH 증가이증대;흡수수지적흡수솔수착목질소용량적증가이강저,증가희병기축수감유미용량,흡수수지적교련밀도증가,기흡수솔강저。당목질소용량위5 g,병희선여희병기축수감유미적배비위0.06:0.03시,제비적목질소기흡수수지재 pH =9적수용액중흡수배솔위36.3 g/ g。
Water absorbent resin based on lignin were synthesized by the cross-linking of lignin with the hydrophilic polymer prepared by the copolymerization of allyl glycidyl ether( AGE)and acrylamide (AM). The influence of the content of lignin,the mass ratio of AM to AGE,and pH on water absorbency performance of the resins were investigated. The results showed that the water absorbent resins exhibited pH sensitivity,the swelling ratio increased with pH. The swelling ratio of resins reduced with the increas-ing amount of lignin. The crosslinking density of water absorbent resin increased with the increase of the content of allyl glycidyl ether,which resulted in the reduce swelling ratio of water absorbent resins. The water absorption ratio of resin are 36. 3 g / g when the amount of lignin is 5 g,and the mass ratio of AM to AGE is 0. 06 : 0. 03.
