以 Fe3+溶液在30℃,pH =1.75条件下对聚丙烯酰胺凝胶改性2 h,得到载铁凝胶。运用载铁凝胶进行除氟实验,考察 pH 值、反应温度、反应时间、初始 F -浓度以及干扰离子等因素对载铁凝胶的除氟效果的影响。结果表明,载铁聚丙烯酰胺凝胶适于氟离子浓度为5 mg/ L 的含氟溶液在30℃,pH =8条件下反应2 h,除氟率可达69.32%。Na2 SO4、Na2 CO3、CaCl2和 KCl 等干扰离子对除氟效果的影响较大,而且干扰离子含量越多影响越大,除氟率越低,故用凝胶进行除氟时应先除去干扰离子。

A new type of loaded iron gel by mixing Fe3 + solution with polyacrylamide gel keeping pH =1. 75 for 2 h at 30 ℃. This new loaded iron gel was used to remove fluorine from water at different pH values,different temperatures and different initial concentrations of F - . Interfering ions were also experi-mented to study their effect of fluoride. After loaded polyacrylamide gel and the fluoride solution concen-tration of 5 mg / L reacting at 30 ℃ ,pH = 8 for 2 h,fluoride rate can reach 69. 32% ,which may be the best condition for fluorine removal. Interference ions such as Na2 SO4 ,Na2 CO3 ,CaCl2 and KCl have big in-fluence on removing fluoride,and the more interference ion contented the lower rate of fluorine was,there-fore,interference ions should be removed before using gel fluoride.
