基于TMS320DM8168设计并实现一种嵌入式视频会议系统多点控制单元(MCU)。音频压缩算法采用G.722,视频压缩算法采用H.264,音视频流传输采用RT P。阐述系统的硬件组成和软件实现,对视频会议的QoS进行分析。该系统体积小、功耗低,能够同时为8个用户提供服务。测试结果表明,该系统工作稳定,达到预期设计目标,音视频流畅,处理时延小于100 ms ,能够满足视频会议系统对于MCU的性能要求。

An embedded video conference MCU based on TMS320DM8168 was designed and realized .G.722 algorithm was cho-sen for the speech compression ,H.264 algorithm was chosen for the video compression ,and RTP was used to transport media streams .The hardware solution and the software implementation were elaborated .The QoS for the video conference was also analyzed .Characterized by the small size and the low power ,the proposed system can provide service for 8 users at the same time .Test results show that the system has the advantage of high reliability ,smooth audio and video streams ,and its processing delay is less than 100 ms ,which can meet the performance requirements in the video conference .
