驱护舰兵力作战行动受到海战场环境的直接影响，其中海洋水文气象条件是影响驱护舰兵力作战行动的重要因素。论文通过分析影响驱护舰兵力作战效能的各种海洋水文气象因素，建立指标体系，运用模糊评价的方法，对海战场海洋水文气象条件对驱护舰兵力作战效能的影响进行研究，通过研究可以为指挥员科学选择作战海域、作战时间以及合理的运用驱护舰兵力等指挥决策提供参考。

The operation of destroyer & frigate troops is directly influenced by sea battlefield environment ,among them ,the marine hydrometeorological condition is the important factor of its operation .In this paper ,by analyzing the influ-ence of various marine hydrometeorological factors for destroyer & frigate troops cambat effectiveness ,the index system is set up ,and the method of fuzzy is used to assess the influence of marine hydrometeorological condition for destroyer & frig-ate troops cambat effectiveness .The reseach will provide reference for commander about how to select selection operation ar-ea and time and reasonable use of destroyer & frigate troops .
