系统以加速度传感器、WLS-9234无线数据采集卡、PC机为主要硬件,配合LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件,就可以在线观测船舶机舱动力设备的振动波形、存储振动数据。利用软件进行频谱分析和小波分析,最终实现了设备工作状态的诊断。测试实验结果表明,该系统具有传输距离远、耗电量低、可靠性高、速度快的优点,能够改善船舶机舱操作人员的工作环境。

The system mainly adopts hardwares which are acceleration sensor ,WLS-9234 wireless data acquisition and PC ,cooperateing with LabVIEW virtual instrument software ,can realize the online observation on the the ship engine room power equipments'vibration waveform and the storage of vibration data .The system uses software for spectrum analysis and wavelet analysis ,finally realizes diagnosis of the work state of equipments .The test results show that the system design has the advantages of long distance transmission ,low power consumption ,high reliability and fast speed ,which can improve ship engine room operators'environment .
