Aiming at the route planning of URAV in the reconnoitered areas ,the reconnaissance tasks and planning re-quirements of URAV are expounded .The factors of route planning that would influence the quality of UAV reconnaissance image by National Image Interpretation Rating Scales (NIIRS) are analyzed ,and the establishment of reconnaissance scheme is discussed .
