目的：探讨院前指数（PHI）在评价急诊创伤患者临床疗效中的价值。方法急诊住院的创伤患者1425例，应用院前指数法进行院前及院内评分，统计患者的致残率及致死率。结果在1425例住院患者中，治愈1312例（92．07％），死亡43例（3．02％），残疾70例（4．91％）。1312例治愈者院前评分为（2．58±1．39）分，院内评分为（2．49±0．91）分；43例死亡患者的院前评分为（16．08±2．44）分，院内评分为（15．79±2．51）分；70例致残患者的院前评分为（7．58±2．12）分，院内评分为（6．02±1．61）分。结论院前评分高的急诊创伤住院患者，其死亡率和致残率较高。 PHI 对急诊严重创伤住院患者的预后判断具有重要意义。

Objective To study the pre-hospital index(PHI) applied to evaluating the clinical curative effect on patients with emergency trauma.Methods The pre-hospital and post-hospital scores were recorded with PHI method in 1 425 hospitalized patients with emergency trauma,the patients′disability rate and fatality rate were analyzed.Results Among the 1 425 hospitalized cases,1 312 were cured(92.07%),43 died(3.02%),and 70 disabled(4.91%).The pre-hospital score was (2.58 ±1.39) and the post-hospital score was (2.49 ±0.91) in the 1312 cured cases.The pre-hospital score was (16.08 ±2.44) and the post-hospital score was (15.79 ±2.51) in the 43 death cases.The pre-hospital score was (7.58 ±2.12) and the post-hospital score was (6.02 ±1.61) in the 70 disabled cases.Conclusion Among the hospitalized patients with emergency trauma ,the higher pre-hospital score is,the higher mortality and disability rate are.PHI is of great significance in the prognostic judgment of hospitalized patients with severe emergency trauma .
