目的:探讨直肠癌组织PI3K和Akt蛋白表达及其与患者预后的相关性。方法应用免疫组化技术检测PI3K和Akt蛋白在60例直肠癌组织、30例直肠腺瘤组织及10例正常直肠黏膜组织中的表达,并对60例直肠癌患者进行随访。结果PI3K和Akt蛋白在直肠癌组织中均呈高表达,两者表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。PI3K蛋白表达水平与患者术前CEA水平、分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移和远处转移相关(均P<0.05或0.01);与年龄、性别、肿瘤部位及形态无关(均P>0.05)。Akt蛋白表达与患者术前CEA水平、临床分期、淋巴结转移和远处转移相关(均P<0.01);与年龄、性别、肿瘤部位和形态、分化程度无关(均P>0.05)。Cox回归模型分析显示远处转移是直肠癌预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 PI3K和Akt蛋白的高表达与直肠癌发生、发展密切相关并起协同作用。

목적:탐토직장암조직PI3K화Akt단백표체급기여환자예후적상관성。방법응용면역조화기술검측PI3K화Akt단백재60례직장암조직、30례직장선류조직급10례정상직장점막조직중적표체,병대60례직장암환자진행수방。결과PI3K화Akt단백재직장암조직중균정고표체,량자표체정정상관(P<0.05)。PI3K단백표체수평여환자술전CEA수평、분화정도、림상분기、림파결전이화원처전이상관(균P<0.05혹0.01);여년령、성별、종류부위급형태무관(균P>0.05)。Akt단백표체여환자술전CEA수평、림상분기、림파결전이화원처전이상관(균P<0.01);여년령、성별、종류부위화형태、분화정도무관(균P>0.05)。Cox회귀모형분석현시원처전이시직장암예후적독립위험인소(P<0.05)。결론 PI3K화Akt단백적고표체여직장암발생、발전밀절상관병기협동작용。
Objective To investigate the expression of PI3K and Akt proteins in rectal cancer and its clinicopathological significance. Methods PI3K and Akt proteins were stained immunohistochemical y in 60 samples of rectal cancer, 30 samples of rectal adenoma and 10 samples of normal rectal mucosa. Results Both PI3K and Akt were highly expressed in rectal carcinoma tissue, and correlated with each other(P<0.05). The expression of PI3K was correlated with preoperative CEA level, tumor differen-tiation, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis (P<0.05 or 0.01), but not correlated with gender, age, tumor morphology and location (P>0.05). The expression of Akt was correlated with preoperative CEA level, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis (P<0.01), but not correlated with gender, age, tumor morphology, location and differentiation(P>0.05). Multivariate analysis identified that distant metastasis was the independent prognostic factor for rectal cancer (P<0.05 ). Conclusion PI3K and Akt proteins are highly expressed in rectal cancer and correlated with clinicopathological features of patients.
