目的:探讨不同吸痰护理方式对气管切开患者高压氧治疗(HBO)的影响。方法52例行HBO治疗的气管切开患者分为两组各26例,在对治疗的各个环节进行护理质量管理控制的基础上,A组行气切套管下吸痰,B组行深部吸痰,比较两组生命体征指标、呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)及其他并发症情况。结果A组吸痰间隔时间为(84.2±13.3)min,B组为(37.5±18.2)min, A组吸痰间隔时间明显长于B组(P<0.05);A组VAP、其他呼吸道并发症发生率为3.85%、15.38%,B组为30.77%、61.54%, A组VAP、其他并发症发生率低于B组(P<0.05)。结论行HBO治疗的气管切开患者采用气切套管下吸痰的方式,能够延长吸痰间隔时间,减少VAP及其他并发症发生率。

목적:탐토불동흡담호리방식대기관절개환자고압양치료(HBO)적영향。방법52례행HBO치료적기관절개환자분위량조각26례,재대치료적각개배절진행호리질량관리공제적기출상,A조행기절투관하흡담,B조행심부흡담,비교량조생명체정지표、호흡궤상관성폐염(VAP)급기타병발증정황。결과A조흡담간격시간위(84.2±13.3)min,B조위(37.5±18.2)min, A조흡담간격시간명현장우B조(P<0.05);A조VAP、기타호흡도병발증발생솔위3.85%、15.38%,B조위30.77%、61.54%, A조VAP、기타병발증발생솔저우B조(P<0.05)。결론행HBO치료적기관절개환자채용기절투관하흡담적방식,능구연장흡담간격시간,감소VAP급기타병발증발생솔。
Objective To investigate the effect of different sputum suction nursing care on patients with tracheostomy receiving hy-perbaric oxygen therapy (HBO). Methods 52 cases of patients with tracheostomy receiving HBO were divided into 2 groups, both groups were given scientific nursing management of high quality. A group was adopted below tracheostomy tube sputum suction method; B group was adopted deep sputum suction method. The vital signs, incidence rate of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) and other respiratory tract complications were compared. Results Interval time of sputum drainage in A group (84.2±13.3 min) was longer than that in B group (37.5±18.2min)(P<0.05); The incidence rate of VAP and other respiratory tract complica-tions in A group (3.85%、15.38%) were lower than those in B group (30.77%、61.54%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Below tracheostomy tube sputum suction method can prolong interval time of sputum suction and reduce incidence rate of VAP and other respiratory tract complications.
