目的：探讨肺癌脑转移瘤患者全脑放疗加三维适形放疗的护理配合。方法选取来我院接受全脑放疗联合三维适形放疗的脑转移瘤患者56例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各28例，对照组采取常规护理，观察组给予护理干预，6个月后比较疗效。结果对照组放射性肺炎发生率为11例（39.29%），观察组发生率为4例（14.29%）（P=0.015），比较具有统计学意义；观察组在体力限制、社会限制、情绪、症状等评分方面也显著优于对照组（P<0.05），比较具有统计学意义。结论对肺癌脑转移瘤患者给予全脑放疗加三维适形放疗，配合全面有效的护理措施，可以显著提高疗效，确保放疗计划的顺利完成。
목적：탐토폐암뇌전이류환자전뇌방료가삼유괄형방료적호리배합。방법선취래아원접수전뇌방료연합삼유괄형방료적뇌전이류환자56례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，매조각28례，대조조채취상규호리，관찰조급여호리간예，6개월후비교료효。결과대조조방사성폐염발생솔위11례（39.29%），관찰조발생솔위4례（14.29%）（P=0.015），비교구유통계학의의；관찰조재체력한제、사회한제、정서、증상등평분방면야현저우우대조조（P<0.05），비교구유통계학의의。결론대폐암뇌전이류환자급여전뇌방료가삼유괄형방료，배합전면유효적호리조시，가이현저제고료효，학보방료계화적순리완성。
Objective To explore the nursing combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy of whole brain radiotherapy in patients with brain metastases of lung cancer. Methods In our hospital 56 cases of tumor patients received whole brain radio-therapy combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for brain metastases, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 28 cases in each group, the control group received routine nursing care, the observation group was given nursing intervention, to compare the efficacy after 6 months. Results In the control group, radiation pneumonitis occurred in 11 cases(39.29%), the observation group occurred in 4 cases(14.29%) (P=0.015), compared with statistical significance;group in phys-ical limitations, social constraints, emotional, symptom score was also significantly better than the control group ( P<0.05), compared with statistical significance. Conclusion To whole brain radiotherapy combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy for lung cancer patients with brain metastases, the nursing measures of comprehensive and effective, can significantly improve the efficacy, ensure the smooth completion of the radiotherapy plan.
