目的:分析宝安区2012年AEFI监测资料,掌握AEFI监测系统运转情况。方法用描述流行病学方法对宝安区2012年的AEFI 监测数据进行分析和评价。结果2012年全区共报告AEFI病例299例,报告发生率为11.53/10万,一般反应占了55.52%;病例主要以0岁组和1岁组为主,分别占44.15%和24.41%;发病主要集中在气温较高的5~9月份。无细胞百白破疫苗是引起AEFI的主要疫苗,占总数的29.77%。一般反应中,以发热、红肿、硬结为主,占了97.6%;异常反应中,4例严重异常反应报告均为接种长春长生水痘后出现的喉头水肿。结论在全区加强规范预防接种工作,提高预防接种质量,从而减少预防接种后不良事件的发生。

Objective To analyze the adverse events following immunization (AEFI) monitoring data in Baoan District of Shenzhen City in 2012 , and to master the AEFI monitoring the operation of the system. Methods Epidemiological data of suspected AEFI cases in Baoan District of Shenzhen City in 201 were analyzed. Results A total of 299 AEFI cases were reported in the entire dis-trictin in 2012, the reported incidence rate of AEFI was 11.53/100 000, and the general reaction of vaccination occupied 55.52%of the cases. Cases are mainly 0-year-old and 1-year-old group, which accounted for 44.15% and 24.41%. Incidence is mainly concentrated in the high temperatures of May to September. ADPT caused the AEFI major vaccine, accounting for 29.77% of the total. Fever, redness and induration were accounting for 97.6% of general reaction. Four cases of serious abnormal reaction report are laryngeal edema which after inoculating Changchun Changsheng chickenpox. Conclusion Strengthen specification immuniza-tion work in the region, to improve the quality of vaccination, thereby reducing the incidence of adverse events after vaccination.
