目的：观察中西医结合治疗脑血栓形成的疗效。方法：180例脑血栓患者采用中药补阳还五汤，血栓通脉汤，配合低分子右旋糖酐，刺五加注射液及西医对症治疗。结果：治愈120例，显效40例，有效15例，无效5例，有效率显著。结论：脑血栓的形成是属于中医学当中中风的范围内的疾病，中老年人的脑血栓发病率为首位，中西医结合治疗有益气活血通络的作用，化痰开窍，同时加上西医的对症治疗，能够明显改善动脉粥样的硬化，阻滞血栓的形成，采取此中西医结合的疗法治疗脑血栓，疗效十分显著。
목적：관찰중서의결합치료뇌혈전형성적료효。방법：180례뇌혈전환자채용중약보양환오탕，혈전통맥탕，배합저분자우선당항，자오가주사액급서의대증치료。결과：치유120례，현효40례，유효15례，무효5례，유효솔현저。결론：뇌혈전적형성시속우중의학당중중풍적범위내적질병，중노년인적뇌혈전발병솔위수위，중서의결합치료유익기활혈통락적작용，화담개규，동시가상서의적대증치료，능구명현개선동맥죽양적경화，조체혈전적형성，채취차중서의결합적요법치료뇌혈전，료효십분현저。
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on cerebral thrombosis. Methods: 180 patients were given the Buyang Huanwu decoction, the Xueshuan Tongmai decoction plus low molecular dextran, the Ciwujia injection and western medicine symptomatic treatment.Results: 120 cases were cured, 40 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were effective, 5 cases were invalid. Conclusion: Cerebral thrombus belongs to stroke in TCM; the incidence of cerebral thrombosis in the elderly was the highest. The integrative medicine could achieve the effects of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo. The integrative medicine plus western medicine symptomatic treatment was effective on cerebral thrombosis, could obviously improve atherosclerosis and block thrombosis.
