The Furong Tongmai capsule%Mecobalamin%Diabetic peripheral neuropathy
目的:探讨自拟复荣通脉胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将100例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组。其中对照组予甲钴胺1.0mg加生理盐水250mL静脉滴注,1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上加服复荣通脉胶囊,5粒/次,3次/d,治疗21d。分析比较治疗前后临床症状,运动神经及感觉神经传导速度(SCV)改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率86%,对照组总有效率72%。治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组在改善患者肢体疼痛、麻木、发凉、感觉减退症状方面有效率达82.9%~89.4%,优于对照组62.2%~72.3%(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组、对照组的感觉神经传导速度及运动神经传导速度均有不同程度的改善;治疗组改善明显且优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:复荣通脉胶囊组方能明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状,并且能明显改善患者胫腓神经传导速度,同时与营养神经的药物合用能明显提高疗效,而且无其他不良反应,对糖尿病性周围神经病变有防治作用。

목적:탐토자의복영통맥효낭치료당뇨병주위신경병변적림상료효。방법:장100례당뇨병주위신경병변환자,근거수궤수자표법분위량조。기중대조조여갑고알1.0mg가생리염수250mL정맥적주,1차/d。치료조재대조조기출상가복복영통맥효낭,5립/차,3차/d,치료21d。분석비교치료전후림상증상,운동신경급감각신경전도속도(SCV)개선정황。결과:치료조총유효솔86%,대조조총유효솔72%。치료조명현우우대조조(P<0.01)。치료조재개선환자지체동통、마목、발량、감각감퇴증상방면유효솔체82.9%~89.4%,우우대조조62.2%~72.3%(P<0.05)。치료후치료조、대조조적감각신경전도속도급운동신경전도속도균유불동정도적개선;치료조개선명현차우우대조조(P<0.05,P<0.01)。결론:복영통맥효낭조방능명현개선당뇨병주위신경병변환자적림상증상,병차능명현개선환자경비신경전도속도,동시여영양신경적약물합용능명현제고료효,이차무기타불량반응,대당뇨병성주위신경병변유방치작용。
Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of the Furong Tongmai capsule on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: 200 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table. The control was treated with 1.0mg mecobalamin plus 250mL normal saline daily, the treatment was given the Furong Tongmai capsule more, five capsules each time, tid. In 21 days, clinical symptoms, status of motor nerve and sensory nerve conduction velocity were observed before and after treatment. Results: The total efficacy in the treatment and the control were 86% and 72% respectively, efficacy in the treatment was better than that in the control (P<0.01). The efficiency of symptom improvement in the treatment was 82.9%~89.4%, including limb pain, numbness, cold and hypaesthesia, it was better than the control (62.2%~72.3%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); motor nerve and sensory nerve conduction velocity in both were improved, the status in the treatment was better than the control (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: The Furong Tongmai capsule was effective on diabetic peripheral neuropathy, could improve tibiofibular nerve conduction velocity. The Furong Tongmai capsule plus the neural nutrition medicine could significantly improve the efficacy, without side reactions.
