目的：探讨妇产科临床中阴道流血的病因及治疗措施。方法选取我院于2011年11月-2012年11月收治的阴道流血患者80例，并按照治疗方法的不同将其随机分为观察组（40例）与对照组（40例），观察组给予妇康宝口服液实施治疗，对照组给予消炎、止血等常规药物治疗，对两组患者阴道流血的病因及临床效果进行观察与分析。结果80例患者阴道流血的主要病因为妊娠引起流血（35.00%）、生殖器炎症（31.25%）、子宫外器质性病变（20.00%），生殖道恶性肿瘤（5.00%）、全身性疾病（3.75%）、创伤（2.50%）、其他（2.50%）。另外，观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（95%VS70%），P＜0.05，有统计学意义。结论妇产科阴道流血的临床治疗应实施全面病情诊断，且有针对性地采取治疗措施，妇康宝口服液治疗阴道流血可有效提高治疗有效率，缩短阴道出血时间，减少出血量，改善临床症状，效果确切，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토부산과림상중음도류혈적병인급치료조시。방법선취아원우2011년11월-2012년11월수치적음도류혈환자80례，병안조치료방법적불동장기수궤분위관찰조（40례）여대조조（40례），관찰조급여부강보구복액실시치료，대조조급여소염、지혈등상규약물치료，대량조환자음도류혈적병인급림상효과진행관찰여분석。결과80례환자음도류혈적주요병인위임신인기류혈（35.00%）、생식기염증（31.25%）、자궁외기질성병변（20.00%），생식도악성종류（5.00%）、전신성질병（3.75%）、창상（2.50%）、기타（2.50%）。령외，관찰조적치료총유효솔명현고우대조조（95%VS70%），P＜0.05，유통계학의의。결론부산과음도류혈적림상치료응실시전면병정진단，차유침대성지채취치료조시，부강보구복액치료음도류혈가유효제고치료유효솔，축단음도출혈시간，감소출혈량，개선림상증상，효과학절，치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the etiology and treatment of vaginal bleeding in clinical obstetrics and gynecology. Conclusion The clinical treatment of gynecologicalvaginal bleeding should be the imple-mentation of a comprehensive diagnosis, and the treatment of bleeding,Fukangbao oral liquid in the treatment of vaginal can effec-tively improve the treatment efficiency, shorten the bleeding time, reduce bleeding, and improve the clinical symptoms, the exact effect, is worth the clinical promotion.
