目的：观察旱莲胶囊联合NB-UVB治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法：112例患者随机分为3组，A组：口服旱莲胶囊组37例；B组：NB-UVB照射组37例；C组：口服旱莲胶囊联合NB-UVB照射组38例。3组治疗期间均每2周随访1次，治疗3个月后判定疗效。结果：A组痊愈3例，显效8例，有效率59.46%；B组痊愈4例，显效8例，有效率64.86%；C组痊愈6例，显效15例，有效率76.32%。C组与A组、B组治疗结果相比均有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：旱莲胶囊联合NB-UVB治疗白癜风明显增强疗效，缩短疗程。
목적：관찰한련효낭연합NB-UVB치료백전풍적림상료효。방법：112례환자수궤분위3조，A조：구복한련효낭조37례；B조：NB-UVB조사조37례；C조：구복한련효낭연합NB-UVB조사조38례。3조치료기간균매2주수방1차，치료3개월후판정료효。결과：A조전유3례，현효8례，유효솔59.46%；B조전유4례，현효8례，유효솔64.86%；C조전유6례，현효15례，유효솔76.32%。C조여A조、B조치료결과상비균유현저성차이（P<0.05）。결론：한련효낭연합NB-UVB치료백전풍명현증강료효，축단료정。
Objective: To observe clinical effects of the Hanlian capsule plus NB-UVB on vitiligo. Methods: 112 patients were randomly divided into three groups, 37 patients in the group A were given the Hanlian capsule; 37 patients in the group B were given NB-UVB; 38 patients in the group C were given the Hanlian capsule plus NB-UVB. Results: In the group A, 3 cases were improved, 8 cases were improved better, the total efficacy was 59.46%; in the group B, 4 cases were improved, 8 cases were improved better, the total efficacy was 64.86%; in the group C, 6 cases were improved, 15 cases were improved better, the total efficacy was 76.32%; the difference between the group C and the other groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Hanlian capsule plus NB-UVB on vitiligo can enhance effects and shorten course.
