目的：观察刮痧疗法治疗肩关节周围炎的疗效，以探索刮痧疗法治疗肩关节周围炎的机制。方法：将200例肩关节周围炎患者分成两组，治疗组100例采用刮痧疗法，对照组100例采用推拿按摩手法治疗，观察两组治疗前后主要症状体征的变化及其安全性。结果：刮痧疗法疗效明显优于手法治疗组（P<0.05），刮痧疗法组可明显改善患者的症状体征，与手法治疗组比较有显著性的差异（P<0.05），其中刮痧疗法组总有效率为97%，手法治疗组总有效率90%，未见有明显不良反应。结论：通过两组疗法对比观察，发现刮痧疗法在疗效上明显优于手法治疗组，对于改善肩关节周围炎引起的疼痛，功能障碍有明显作用，临床使用安全，是一种理想的治疗方法。
목적：관찰괄사요법치료견관절주위염적료효，이탐색괄사요법치료견관절주위염적궤제。방법：장200례견관절주위염환자분성량조，치료조100례채용괄사요법，대조조100례채용추나안마수법치료，관찰량조치료전후주요증상체정적변화급기안전성。결과：괄사요법료효명현우우수법치료조（P<0.05），괄사요법조가명현개선환자적증상체정，여수법치료조비교유현저성적차이（P<0.05），기중괄사요법조총유효솔위97%，수법치료조총유효솔90%，미견유명현불량반응。결론：통과량조요법대비관찰，발현괄사요법재료효상명현우우수법치료조，대우개선견관절주위염인기적동통，공능장애유명현작용，림상사용안전，시일충이상적치료방법。
Objective: To observe clinical effects of scraping treatment on periarthritis humeroscapularis. Methods: 200 cases of periarthritis humeroscapularis were randomly divided into therapeutic group (given the scraping treatment) and control group (given massage). Every group got 100 cases. The difference of symptom, score of physical sign and effects in two groups were observed. Results: Efficacy in the therapeutic group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05); therapeutic group could obviously improve the symptom and physical sign, the difference between two groups was significant (P<0.05); the total efficacy in the therapeutic group was 97%, in another group, it was 90% without side reactions. Conclusion: The scraping therapy could get much better effects comparing with massage, it could obviously improve the pain and dysfunction of periarthritis humeroscapularis. The therapy is simple, safe and reliable as an ideal method for treating periarthritis humeroscapularis.
