随着医疗技术的不断进步以及人们自我保健意识的逐步提高，胃镜检查在临床中的应用变得越来越广泛。由于胃镜检查具有一定的特殊性，检查过程中会给患者带来剧烈的疼痛，如不对其进行及时有效的止痛处理，绝大部分患者会因难以忍受疼痛而终止检查。为了对无痛胃镜检查时镇痛麻醉的应用情况进行深入了解，本研究将对无痛胃镜检查过程中镇痛麻醉药物的应用情况以及应用价值进行综述。

Along with the consciousness of self health care and medical technology continues to progress and the people to gradually improve,in clinical application of gastroscopy is becoming more and more widely. Because of the particularity of gastroscope inspection,the inspection process will give patients bring severe pain,if not for the timely and effective treatment,most patients with unbearable pain and the termination check. In order to painless gastroscopy,in-depth understanding of application of narcotic analgesic,this research will review the application of painless gastroscopy analgesic anesthetic drugs and the application in the process of value.
