目的:建立夏枯草药材中熊果酸含量的超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)测定方法。方法采用UPLC进行测定,色谱柱为ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm),以甲醇-0.5%冰乙酸水为流动相进行等度洗脱,流速为0.3 ml/min,柱温30℃,检测波长210 nm。结果熊果酸在0.2461~0.4922 mg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r2=0.9999),平均回收率为99.29%,R SD=1.74%,熊果酸在夏枯草中的含量为0.28%~0.53%。结论该方法快速、高效、重现性好,可以为夏枯草药材的质量控制提供更有效的手段。

목적:건립하고초약재중웅과산함량적초고효액상색보법(UPLC)측정방법。방법채용UPLC진행측정,색보주위ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm),이갑순-0.5%빙을산수위류동상진행등도세탈,류속위0.3 ml/min,주온30℃,검측파장210 nm。결과웅과산재0.2461~0.4922 mg범위내정량호적선성관계(r2=0.9999),평균회수솔위99.29%,R SD=1.74%,웅과산재하고초중적함량위0.28%~0.53%。결론해방법쾌속、고효、중현성호,가이위하고초약재적질량공제제공경유효적수단。
Objective To establish an UPLC method for the determination of ursolic acid in Prunella vulgaris L.. Methods Ursolic acid was determined by UPLC.The assay was performed on a ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 (2.1 mmí100 mm, 1.7 μm) column and eluted with a mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% acetic acid at a flow rate of 0.3 ml/min. The column temperature was 30℃.The detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results The standard curve was in good lin-earity over the range of 0.2461 to 0.4922 mg (r2=0.9999),the recovery of ursolic acid was 99.29% and RSD was 1.74%. The content of ursolic acid was in the range of 0.28%to 0.53%. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and can be used to control the quality of ursolic acid in Prune lla v ulgaris L..
