[目的]探讨护理本科生参加预实习后对其职业认知的影响,为进一步开展护生预实习及提高预实习质量提供依据。[方法]以质性研究的现象学方法为依据,采用立意取样法选取本学院18名参加过预实习的本科护生作为研究对象,进行半结构式深入访谈,将所获得的资料进行分析、整理、归纳出主题。[结果]共提炼出4个主题:对临床的认知、护士的职业形象、自我认知(正负双向的情感体验)、职业规划。[结论]针对护生在预实习的过程中所存在的问题应从多方面控制预实习的质量,改进护理教育,护生也应提高自己的综合素质,实现预实习的价值。

bstract:Objective To probe into the influence of nursing undergraduates participating in pre professional internship on their career awareness,so as to provide the basis for further carrying out pre internship of nursing students and improving the quality of pre internship.Methods:Phenome-nological method of qualitative research was taken as the basis,and the pur-posive sampling method was used to select 1 8 nursing students who has participated in the pre practice as research subj ects,and they received the semi structured in depth interviews,the obtained data were analyzed,or-ganized and summarized to get the theme.Results:Total four themes were extracted:clinical awareness,nurses ’professional image,self awareness (plus or minus two way emotional experience)and career planning.Con-clusion:aiming at nursing students existing problems during the pre in-ternship,we should control pre internship quality from many aspects and improve nursing education.Nursing students should also improve their o-verall quality and to realize the value of pre internship.
