目的：探讨品管圈在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的护理效果。方法选择本院2013年9月~2014年4月收治的120名老年COPD患者，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组60例，观察组实施品管圈护理模式，对照组采用常规护理。通过对住院患者满意度进行问卷调查，比较两组患者的满意度。结果观察组患者的服务态度、护理技术、健康教育、护士长管理满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)；两组患者对病房环境满意度比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论品管圈活动在老年COPD护理方面能够提高患者的满意度，值得临床借鉴和推广。
목적：탐토품관권재노년만성조새성폐질병(COPD)환자중적호리효과。방법선택본원2013년9월~2014년4월수치적120명노년COPD환자，장기수궤분위대조조화관찰조，매조60례，관찰조실시품관권호리모식，대조조채용상규호리。통과대주원환자만의도진행문권조사，비교량조환자적만의도。결과관찰조환자적복무태도、호리기술、건강교육、호사장관리만의도고우대조조(P<0.01)；량조환자대병방배경만의도비교，차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론품관권활동재노년COPD호리방면능구제고환자적만의도，치득림상차감화추엄。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of quality control circle in the elderly patients with chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 120 elderly patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from September 2013 to April 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 pa-tients in each group.The observation group were received the quality management of quality control circle and the con-trol group were received conventional nursing.Patient satisfaction of the two groups was compared through conducting questionnaire survey on the patients. Results The observation group was higher than that of the control group in the satisfaction degrees of service attitude,nursing,health education and head nurse management (P<0.05).The two groups of patients did not have statistical significance in the satisfaction degree of ward environment (P>0.05). Conclusion Qual-ity control circle activities can improve patient satisfaction in the nursing of elderly patients with COPD,thereby worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
