目的：探讨系统性健康教育在慢性乙型肝炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2011年3月~2012年9月本院住院治疗的64例慢性乙型肝炎康复患者为研究对象，随机分为干预组和对照组各32例。对照组给予慢性乙型肝炎常规健康教育，干预组在此基础上给予系统性健康教育，比较两组的健康教育效果。结果健康教育后干预组抑郁患者比例显著低于对照组，平均得分也显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。健康教育后干预组正确服药率、合理饮食率、远离烟酒率均显著高于对照组(P<0.01或<0.05)。结论系统性的健康教育能够显著缓解慢性乙型肝炎患者的抑郁情绪，提高患者的治疗依从性。

목적：탐토계통성건강교육재만성을형간염환자중적응용효과。방법선취2011년3월~2012년9월본원주원치료적64례만성을형간염강복환자위연구대상，수궤분위간예조화대조조각32례。대조조급여만성을형간염상규건강교육，간예조재차기출상급여계통성건강교육，비교량조적건강교육효과。결과건강교육후간예조억욱환자비례현저저우대조조，평균득분야현저저우대조조(P<0.01)。건강교육후간예조정학복약솔、합리음식솔、원리연주솔균현저고우대조조(P<0.01혹<0.05)。결론계통성적건강교육능구현저완해만성을형간염환자적억욱정서，제고환자적치료의종성。
Objective To explore the effect of systematic health education for patients with chronic hepatitis B. Meth-ods Sixty-four cases of patients with hepatitis B rehabilitation from March 2011 to September 2012 treated in our hos-pital were selected and were divided into intervention group and control group,each group with 32 cases.Control group were received normal health education,and intervention group were received systematic health education.Clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results After health education,the proportion of depressed patients of intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the score was lower than that of control group too (P<0.01). After health education,correct medication rate,the rate of proper diet,stay away from alcohol and tobacco rate of inter-vention group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.01 or<0.05). Conclusion Systematic health education for patients with chronic hepatitis B can release depression,and improve treatment compliance of patients.
