目的：探讨精神科风险管理中强化细节管理的方法与效果。方法：对相关护理人员加强培训，提高安全意识，并制定出详细的相关管理措施，其中包括如何提前甄别高危患者，并对其施加警惕标识以降低精神科护理风险。结果：关于精神科患者发生冲动意外的频率相对减少，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对相关管理细节不断进行强化，是提高精神科护理工作安全系数最行之有效的途径。

목적：탐토정신과풍험관리중강화세절관리적방법여효과。방법：대상관호리인원가강배훈，제고안전의식，병제정출상세적상관관리조시，기중포괄여하제전견별고위환자，병대기시가경척표식이강저정신과호리풍험。결과：관우정신과환자발생충동의외적빈솔상대감소，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대상관관리세절불단진행강화，시제고정신과호리공작안전계수최행지유효적도경。
Objective:To investigate the methods and effects of enhancing detail management of psychiatric risk management. Methods:We strengthed the training and improved the safety awareness of nursing staff,and to develop the relevant management measures in detail,including how to ahead of screening high-risk patients,and applied on the alert logo that psychiatric nursing risk reduction.Results:The impulse frequency of accident of the psychiatric patients was relatively reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:To continue to strengthen the relates management details.It is on the way to improve the psychiatric nursing safety coefficient which is the most effective.
