目的：对老年阑尾炎患者护理中心理干预的效果进行观察和分析。方法：2011年1月-2013年1月收治老年急性阑尾炎患者56例，随机分为两组，试验组29例，采用常规性护理联合心理护理干预，对照组27例，采用常规性护理。对比两组患者住院时间、对护理效果满意度及治疗中配合度。结果：试验组住院时间、对护理效果满意度以及治疗配合度均显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：心理干预在老年急性阑尾炎患者中能够提高患者的满意度及治疗配合度，值得在临床中推广。
목적：대노년란미염환자호리중심리간예적효과진행관찰화분석。방법：2011년1월-2013년1월수치노년급성란미염환자56례，수궤분위량조，시험조29례，채용상규성호리연합심리호리간예，대조조27례，채용상규성호리。대비량조환자주원시간、대호리효과만의도급치료중배합도。결과：시험조주원시간、대호리효과만의도이급치료배합도균현저우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：심리간예재노년급성란미염환자중능구제고환자적만의도급치료배합도，치득재림상중추엄。
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of the psychological intervention in the nursing of elderly patients with acute appendicitis.Methods:56 patients with acute appendicitis were selected from January 2011 to January 2013.They were randomly divided into two groups.29 cases in the experimental group were given the routine nursing combined with psychological nursing intervention.27 cases in the control group were given the conventional nursing.The hospital stays,the satisfactions of nursing effect and the compliances in the treatment of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The hospital stay,the satisfaction of nursing effect and the treatment compliance of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological intervention in elderly patients with acute appendicitis can improve the satisfaction of patients and the treatment compliance.It is worthy of promotion in clinical.
