目的：观察炎琥宁联合维生素K4治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床效果。方法选取2013年6月~2014年6月本院儿科收治的腹泻患者160例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各80例。观察组给予炎琥宁静脉滴注联合维生素K4口服治疗，对照组给予利巴韦林静脉滴注。7 d后观察两组患者的总有效率、退热时间、止泻时间、临床症状改善时间等。结果观察组中显效60例，有效12例，无效8例，总有效率为90.0%，对照组中显效41例，有效15例，无效24例，总有效率为70.0%，观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组，退热时间、止泻时间、临床症状改善时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论炎琥宁联合维生素K4治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床效果显著，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰염호저연합유생소K4치료소인추계복사적림상효과。방법선취2013년6월~2014년6월본원인과수치적복사환자160례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조각80례。관찰조급여염호저정맥적주연합유생소K4구복치료，대조조급여리파위림정맥적주。7 d후관찰량조환자적총유효솔、퇴열시간、지사시간、림상증상개선시간등。결과관찰조중현효60례，유효12례，무효8례，총유효솔위90.0%，대조조중현효41례，유효15례，무효24례，총유효솔위70.0%，관찰조적총유효솔현저고우대조조，퇴열시간、지사시간、림상증상개선시간명현단우대조조(P<0.05)。결론염호저연합유생소K4치료소인추계복사적림상효과현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yanhuning combined with vitamin K4 treating infantile autumn diarrhea. Methods 160 children with autumn diarrhea treated in department of paediatrics of our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected and they were randomly divided into the observation group (n=80) and the control group (n=80).The observation group was treated with Yanhuning for for intravenous drip combined with oral vitamin K4, the control group was treated with ribavirin for intravenous drip.After 7 days,the total effective rate,antifebrile time,an-tidiarrheal time and clinical symptoms improved time in the two groups were observed. Results In the observation group,60 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.0% while in the control group,41 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,24 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 70.0%,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,antifebrile time,antidiarrheal time and clinical symptoms improved time in the observation group were ob-viously shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Yanhuning combined with vitamin K4 treating infantile autumn diarrhea is significant,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
