目的：探讨氨溴索联合利巴韦林治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年12月~2013年12月收治的上呼吸道感染患儿250例，将其随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组各125例。治疗组口服氨溴索联合利巴韦林，对照组仅口服利巴韦林。比较两组的鼻塞、喉中痰鸣的消失时间，止咳时间，总有效率。结果治疗3 d后，治疗组的总有效率为98.40%，对照组为80.00%，治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗组的鼻塞、喉中痰鸣消失时间，止咳时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氨溴索联合利巴韦林治疗小儿上呼吸道感染能明显缩短病程，使临床症状快速消失，可以作为小儿上呼吸道感染的首选疗法，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토안추색연합리파위림치료소인상호흡도감염적림상효과。방법선취본원2012년12월~2013년12월수치적상호흡도감염환인250례，장기수궤분성치료조화대조조，매조각125례。치료조구복안추색연합리파위림，대조조부구복리파위림。비교량조적비새、후중담명적소실시간，지해시간，총유효솔。결과치료3 d후，치료조적총유효솔위98.40%，대조조위80.00%，치료조적총유효솔현저고우대조조(P<0.05)；치료조적비새、후중담명소실시간，지해시간명현단우대조조(P<0.05)。결론안추색연합리파위림치료소인상호흡도감염능명현축단병정，사림상증상쾌속소실，가이작위소인상호흡도감염적수선요법，치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ambroxol with ribavirin in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children. Methods 250 children with upper respiratory tract infection were selected in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2013,and they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, there were 125 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with oral ambroxol combined with ribavirin,the control group was treated with only ribavirin.The extinction time of rhinobyon,phlegm in the throat and the time of cough relieving,the total effective rate in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the treat-ment group (98.4%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);the extinction time of rhinobyon, phlegm in the throat and the time of cough relieving in the treatment group were obviously shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ambroxol combined with ribavirin in treatment of children with upper respiratory tract infection can shorten obviously the course of disease,makes clinical symptoms quickly disappear,and it can be used as the first choice therapy of upper respiratory tract infection in children.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
