目的：分析老年脑卒中患者早发性癫痫的护理方法。方法：收治老年脑卒中早发性癫痫患者88例，随机将其分成观察组和对照组，各44例，其中观察组采用优质护理，对照组行常规护理，对两组患者护理后的满意度以及住院时间进行分析对比。结果：观察组40例满意，3例一般，1例不满意，满意率97.7%；对照组30例满意，6例一般，8例不满意，总满意率82.0%。观察组行优质护理后患者满意度明显优于对照组，差异具统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在对老年脑卒中早发性癫痫患者进行护理时，通过优质护理，能够提升患者满意度，缩短患者的住院时间，在临床中值得广泛运用。
목적：분석노년뇌졸중환자조발성전간적호리방법。방법：수치노년뇌졸중조발성전간환자88례，수궤장기분성관찰조화대조조，각44례，기중관찰조채용우질호리，대조조행상규호리，대량조환자호리후적만의도이급주원시간진행분석대비。결과：관찰조40례만의，3례일반，1례불만의，만의솔97.7%；대조조30례만의，6례일반，8례불만의，총만의솔82.0%。관찰조행우질호리후환자만의도명현우우대조조，차이구통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：재대노년뇌졸중조발성전간환자진행호리시，통과우질호리，능구제승환자만의도，축단환자적주원시간，재림상중치득엄범운용。
Objective:To explore the nursing experience of senile cerebral stroke patients with early-onset epilepsy.Methods:88 senile cerebral stroke patients with early-onset epilepsy were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 44 cases in each.The observation group were given the high quality of nursing,and the control group were given routine nursing care.We compared the satisfaction and hospitalization time of two groups.Results:In the observation group, 40 cases were satisfactory;3 cases were general;1 case was not satisfactory;the satisfaction rate was 97.7%.In the control group,30 cases were satisfactory;6 cases were general;8 cases was not satisfactory;the satisfactory rate was 82%.In the observation group,the patients satisfaction was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the care of senile cerebral stroke patients with early-onset epilepsy,the quality of nursing care can improve the satisfaction of patients and shorten the hospitalization time,so it is worthy of widely used.
