目的:探讨早期康复治疗对急性脑梗死患者血清中神经生长因子(NGF)的影响。方法:2012-2014年收治急性脑梗死患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均采用抗凝、抗血小板、改善微循环、神经保护等基础治疗。观察组在发病72 h配合早期康复治疗,在入院时、入院后2周、4周检测两组血清NGF,同时采用Fugl-Meyer运动评分标准对患者运动功能康复情况进行评价。结果:观察组各时间点Fugl-Meyer运动评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组2周、4周时血清NGF浓度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复能促进脑梗死患者血清NGF含量增加,可能是早期康复促进神经恢复的机制之一。

목적:탐토조기강복치료대급성뇌경사환자혈청중신경생장인자(NGF)적영향。방법:2012-2014년수치급성뇌경사환자70례,수궤분위관찰조화대조조,량조균채용항응、항혈소판、개선미순배、신경보호등기출치료。관찰조재발병72 h배합조기강복치료,재입원시、입원후2주、4주검측량조혈청NGF,동시채용Fugl-Meyer운동평분표준대환자운동공능강복정황진행평개。결과:관찰조각시간점Fugl-Meyer운동평분균고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조2주、4주시혈청NGF농도고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:조기강복능촉진뇌경사환자혈청NGF함량증가,가능시조기강복촉진신경회복적궤제지일。
Objective:To discuss the influence of early rehabilitation on the serum Nerve Growth Factor(NGF) in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:70 patients with acute cerebral infarction from 2012 to 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,and two groups were treated with anticoagulation,antiplatelet,improving microcirculation and nerve protection etc foundation treatment.The observation group were treated with early rehabilitation in the 72 hours,and serum levels of NGF were detected at admission,2 weeks,4 weeks after admission,with evaluating motor function recovery by Fugl-Meyer movement scoring criteria at the same time.Results:The Fugl-Meyer movement scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group at each time point,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of NGF in the observation group were higher than that of control group at 2 weeks and 4 weeks,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation can promote serum levels of NGF in patients with acute cerebral infarction, which may be one of the nerve recovery mechanism of early rehabilitation.
