目的:探讨早期股骨头缺血坏死的CT与磁共振成像诊断效果及意义。方法:2009年1月-2012年12月收治早期股骨头缺血坏死患者32例,回顾性将其CT与磁共振两种诊断的结果进行对比,并依据临床各类数据分析CT与磁共振在诊断早期股骨头缺血坏死中的各自临床特点。结果:32例早期股骨头缺血坏死患者经CT、磁共振检查, CT敏感性84.37%,特异性71.87%,MRI敏感性96.87%,特异性90.62%。结论:CT和磁共振是不同的两种检查手段,对于早期股骨头缺血坏死,CT在骨质结构检查方面好,利于分期;而磁共振扫描切面的选择方式可以是任意的,能够很好地看出股骨头坏死组织学变化的过程,是早期股骨头坏死诊断的有效方法,临床诊断准确率高于CT。

Objective:To investigate the effect and significance of CT magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head.Methods:32 patients with early avascular necrosis of the femoral head were selected from January 2009 to December 2012.We retrospectivly compared the diagnostic results between CT and MRI,and analyzed the clinical features of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of early avascular necrosis of femoral head based on the clinical data.Results:32 cases of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head were treated by CT and MRI.The CT sensitivity was 84.37%;the specificity was 71.87%;the MRI sensitivity was 96.87%;the specificity was 90.62%.Conclusion:CT and MRI are two different examination methods.For the early avascular necrosis of the femoral head,CT examination can show bone structure,conducive to the better choice and staging.The magnetic resonance scanning section can be arbitrary.It can be better to see the process of changes of femoral head necrosis of tissue.So it is the effective method for the diagnosis of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head,and the diagnosis accurate rate is higher than CT.
