采用模糊可变模型对白洋淀水体的环境质量进行了综合评价。通过科学确定与地表水水质相关的各参评因子处于标准区间值的相对隶属度,根据二元比较模糊决策分析法计算各参评因子的权重,得出白洋淀水体的环境质量级别,并与单因子评价法的评价结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,模糊可变模型评价的水质结果更加合理可信。

Water environmental quality of Baiyang Lake is evaluated with the application of variable fuzzy evaluation model. The relative membership degrees of factors related to the quality of surface water are identified and the weights of these factors are calculated based on the binary fuzzy decision analysis method. The rank of environment quality of Baiyang Lake is concluded. Furthermore, the conclusion is compared with the result of single factor evaluation method. It shows that the result applied with variable fuzzy evaluation model is more reasonable and reliable.
