教学质量监控是在教学质量评价的基础上,通过一定的组织机构,遵循一定的组织程序,对影响教学质量的诸要素、教学过程的诸环节所进行的监督检查、评价反馈和调节控制。教学质量监控是教学质量保障体系建设的重要组成部分。建立高校内部教学质量监控的长效机制,需要确立以学生为本、服务教师、遵循高等教育规律、个性化与差别化等建设理念。

Monitoring the quality of teaching which is based on the evaluation of teaching quality is to supervise and evaluate all aspects of the teaching process by the organization as well as to control the procedures of teaching activity.Monitoring teaching quality is an important part of the construction of the guarantee of teaching quality.The idea of student-centered and teacher-centered is necessary for colleges and universities to establish long-term mechanism of teaching quality supervi-sion.The concept of following the law of higher education and the acceptance of the personalized and the differentiated are also necessary.
