以火焰无核葡萄无菌苗的叶片、叶柄、茎段为外植体,研究了红光、蓝光、白光、暗培养4种处理对葡萄离体再生愈伤组织形成及再分化的影响。结果表明:暗培养和红光处理有利于火焰无核愈伤形成,火焰无核的愈伤组织在红光及白光处理50 d时SOD酶活性达到最大,分化潜力较高。
以火燄無覈葡萄無菌苗的葉片、葉柄、莖段為外植體,研究瞭紅光、藍光、白光、暗培養4種處理對葡萄離體再生愈傷組織形成及再分化的影響。結果錶明:暗培養和紅光處理有利于火燄無覈愈傷形成,火燄無覈的愈傷組織在紅光及白光處理50 d時SOD酶活性達到最大,分化潛力較高。

Taking the isolated leaves , petioles and stems of aseptic seedlings of Flame seedless grape as explants , we studied the effects of red light, blue light, white light and dark culture on the callus formation and redifferentiation of grape .The results in-dicated that dark culture and red light treatment were conducive to the formation of callus .After the callus of Flame seedless grape was treated with red light and white light for 50 d, the activity of SOD reached the maximum , suggesting the treated callus had larger differentiation potential .
