针对土地利用情况较为复杂的上海市近郊地区，设计了一套涵盖农用地整治、农村居民点整治、工业用地整治的土地整治潜力评价方法体系，并以宝山区为例进行了实证研究。

침대토지이용정황교위복잡적상해시근교지구，설계료일투함개농용지정치、농촌거민점정치、공업용지정치적토지정치잠력평개방법체계，병이보산구위례진행료실증연구。
We focused on Shanghai municipal suburban areas with relatively complicated status of land use , designed a set of evaluation methodology system for the potentialities of farmland consolidation , rural residential land consolidation and industrial land consolidation , and carried out an empirical study on Baoshan district .
