在高氏1号培养基中加入质量浓度为50μg/mL的化学抑制剂K2 Cr2 O7,用抑菌圈法从陕西省商州区土壤样品中筛选出8株放线菌,其中MⅠ2菌株对黄芩根腐病菌的抑制率最大(31.27%),可见MⅠ2菌株的生防效果最强。用放线菌MⅠ2发酵液诱导处理黄芩幼苗,测定在不同生长期黄芩叶片中防御酶系活性的变化。结果表明:MⅠ2菌株发酵液处理黄芩与CK相比,均能引起黄芩体内防御酶发生明显变化,过氧化氢酶( CAT)的活性受到抑制,过氧化物酶( POD)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶( PAL)活性均有所提高。 CAT和POD活性以发酵液原液的作用效果最为显著,而PAL活性以发酵液稀释20倍的作用效果最为明显。放线菌MⅠ2菌株发酵液诱导黄芩使其防御酶系活性发生变化而提高植株的抗病性。

In this study, 50μg/mL K2Cr2O7 was added into GA No.1 culture medium, and eight strains of actinomyces were selected out from the soil samples of Shangzhou district in Shaanxi province by using inhibition zone method .Among them , the strain MⅠ2 had the highest inhibition rate (31.27%) to the pathogen ( Fusarium sp.) of root rot in Scutdlaria baicalensis, showing the strongest biological control effect .The seedlings of Scutellaria baicalensis were induced and treated with actinomyces MⅠ2 fermenta-tion products , and the activity of defense enzyme system in the leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis at various growth stages was meas-ured.The results indicated that:in comparison with the control , the treatment with MⅠ2 fermentation products all could cause the obvious changes in the activity of defense enzymes in Scutellaria baicalensis, namely the activity of catalase (CAT) was inhibited, and that of both peroxidase ( POD) and phenylalanine ammonia -lyase ( PAL) was enhanced .The stoste of MⅠ2 fermentation liq-uid had the most significant promotive effect on the activity of CAT and POD , while the 20-fold dilution of MⅠ2 fermentation liq-uid had the most significant promotive effect on the activity of PAL .The fermentation products of actinomyces strain MⅠ2 increased the disease resistance of Scutdlaria baicalensis through inducing its defense enzyme activity to change .
