It is important in evidence-based medicine (EBM)that the perfect combination of best clinical research evidence, the patient's wishes and the doctor's expertise.The core idea of EBM is to use the latest and most powerful scientific informa-tion obtained in clinical studies to treat patients.EBM provides a new mode in clinical practice teaching.The authors of this article introduce the EBM to obstetrics and gynecology clinical teaching,and get a good effect.This model has an active role in the training of medical students'clinical thinking,innovation and lifelong self-education capacity,and can improve the o-verall quality of medical students.
