目的：了解肝硬化并上消化道出血患者健康教育的需求，并提出相应的教育对策。方法采用自行设计的问卷对120名肝硬化并上消化道出血患者进行健康教育需求的调查分析。结果50%以上的患者对肝硬化并发上消化道出血的相关知识缺乏了解，强烈要求各项健康教育，其中一对一指导是患者最受欢迎的健康教育方式。结论对患者实施多层次、有针对性的健康教育是在临床非常重要的，且实施健康教育要因病、因时宣教。
