目的：探讨康惠尔透明贴应用于白血病患者静脉留置针预防静脉炎的效果。方法将100例白血病患者随机分为实验组50例（使用康惠尔透明贴固定静脉留置针）和对照组50例（使用小 HP 透明贴固定静脉留置针）。比较2组患者静脉炎的发生情况。结果实验组患者静脉炎发生率静脉留置针平均留置时间长于对照组，低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论康惠尔透明贴在预防白血病患者静脉留置针静脉炎中有明显效果。
목적：탐토강혜이투명첩응용우백혈병환자정맥류치침예방정맥염적효과。방법장100례백혈병환자수궤분위실험조50례（사용강혜이투명첩고정정맥류치침）화대조조50례（사용소 HP 투명첩고정정맥류치침）。비교2조환자정맥염적발생정황。결과실험조환자정맥염발생솔정맥류치침평균류치시간장우대조조，저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론강혜이투명첩재예방백혈병환자정맥류치침정맥염중유명현효과。
Objective To explore the effect of using Comfell transparent dressing to prevent phlebitis in leukaemia patients.Methods 1 00 leukaemia patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,each group had 50 patients.The HP transparent dressing were given to fix the control group patients’intravenous detaining needle;the Comfel transparent dressing were given to fix the intervention group patients’intravenous detaining needle.Then compare the incidence of phlebitis between the two groups.Results The phlebitis inci-dence of the intervention group were less than that of the control group (P <0.05).The average indwelling time of the intervention group were longer than that of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion It is helpful to prevent phlebitis in leukaemia patients by using Comfell trans-parent dressing .
