为了监测犬细小病毒（CPV）感染动态，分析其流行特点，探讨防控对策，2011年-2013年对疑似 CPV 感染临床病例进行抗原检测和流行病学分析。结果显示，CPV 感染阳性病例1111例，阳性率为64．37％，占临床病例总数的7．03％；2月龄～6月龄阳性病例929例，阳性率为74．08％，占阳性病例总数的83．62％；春季、夏季、秋季、冬季 CPV 感染的阳性率分别为64．08％、64．10％、63．88％、65．33％；公犬和母犬 CPV 感染的阳性率分别为64．74％、63．98％。阳性病例中免疫犬为13．77％，阴性病例中免疫犬为82．11％。研究发现，CPV 感染具有月份波动明显，季节分布差异不显著，性别分布不明显，6月龄以内的幼犬极易感染，与免疫接种之间关联性显著，呈地方性流行的特点。

The aim of this study was to understand the infection situation of CPV,analyze the epidemic characteristics,and further formulate the prevention and control strategy.From 2011 to 2013,samples from clinical suspect CPV infection cases were used to make etiological examination and epidemiological in-vestigation.Results showed,1 111 of 1 726 cases were CPV positive,positive rate was 64.37%,which a-mounts for the 7.03% of all clinical cases;there were 929 positive cases in the group of 2-6 month-old, which accounts for 74.08% and 83.62% of all clinical cases and CPV positive cases,respectively;the posi-tive rates in spring,summer,autumn and winter were 64.08%,64.10%,63.88% and 65.33%,respec-tively;positive rates of male and female were 64.74% and 63.98%,respectively;vaccinated dogs accoun-ted for only 13.77% of positive cases,but 82.11% of negative cases.The results showed that CPV infec-tion was not related with season and sex,but was obviously related with vaccination.Puppies at the age of less than 6 months were most susceptible.
