研究加味茯苓泽泻汤对高脂血症(HLP)SD 大鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)含量和髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性的影响,并探讨其治疗高脂血症的作用机制。健康 SPF 级雄性 SD 大鼠60只,随机选取10只作为空白组,其余作为高脂饮食组;高脂饮食组采用腹腔注射维生素 D3和经口灌胃高脂乳剂复制高脂血症大鼠模型,造模成功后随机选取40只平分为模型组、加味茯苓泽泻汤高、低剂量组和辛伐他汀组,每组各10只,后3组分别给予相应的药物治疗;28 d 后,检测各组大鼠治疗前后的血脂指标、血清 NO 含量和 MPO 活性水平。与模型组比较,加味茯苓泽泻汤高、低剂量组的血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)及血清 MPO 活性水平均显著降低(P <0.05),而高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)及血清NO 含量水平均显著升高(P <0.05)。加味茯苓泽泻汤高剂量组对大鼠的血脂指标、NO 含量和 MPO 活性水平的影响效果基本与辛伐他汀组等同。试验结果提示,加味茯苓泽泻汤通过抑制 MPO 的活性,升高 NO的含量,进而对血管内皮功能的完整性起到一定的保护作用。

연구가미복령택사탕대고지혈증(HLP)SD 대서혈청일양화담(NO)함량화수과양화물매(MPO)활성적영향,병탐토기치료고지혈증적작용궤제。건강 SPF 급웅성 SD 대서60지,수궤선취10지작위공백조,기여작위고지음식조;고지음식조채용복강주사유생소 D3화경구관위고지유제복제고지혈증대서모형,조모성공후수궤선취40지평분위모형조、가미복령택사탕고、저제량조화신벌타정조,매조각10지,후3조분별급여상응적약물치료;28 d 후,검측각조대서치료전후적혈지지표、혈청 NO 함량화 MPO 활성수평。여모형조비교,가미복령택사탕고、저제량조적혈청담고순(TC)、감유삼지(TG)、저밀도지단백-담고순(LDL-C)급혈청 MPO 활성수평균현저강저(P <0.05),이고밀도지단백-담고순(HDL-C)급혈청NO 함량수평균현저승고(P <0.05)。가미복령택사탕고제량조대대서적혈지지표、NO 함량화 MPO 활성수평적영향효과기본여신벌타정조등동。시험결과제시,가미복령택사탕통과억제 MPO 적활성,승고 NO적함량,진이대혈관내피공능적완정성기도일정적보호작용。
To investigate the effect of Jiawei Fuling Zexie Decoction(JWFLZXD)on the levels of serum ni-tric oxide content and myeloperoxidase activity in hyperlipidemia rats,and study its therapeutic mechanism in the treatment of hyperlipidemia,60 health SPF male SD rats were used,10 rats were randomly selected as the blank group,and the rest as a high-fat diet group.After the modeling successfully with vitamin D3 and high-fat emulsions,randomly selected 40 rats in high-fat diet group were equally divided into model group,JWFLZXD high-dosage group,low-dosage group and the simvastatin group,every groups contain 10 rats.The rats in the three experiment groups were given appropriate medication for 28 days.The seral lipid parameters,MPO and NO were detected in rats before and after treatment.Compared with the model group,the levels of TC,TG,LDGL-C and MPO in the JWFLZXD high-dosage group and low-dosage group were significantly reduced(P <0.05).The levels of HDL-C and NO were significantly raised(P <0.05).The effects of JWFLZXD high-dosage group on the lipid parameters,the content of NO,the active of MPO and the liver index in rats were almost equivalent to the simvastatin group's.The result revealed that JWFLZXD can inhibit the activitity of MPO to increase NO levels,and thus to play a protective role on the integrity of the vascular endothelial function.
