集体建设用地流转对发挥集体土地的资源和资产效益具有重要的意义。本文以贵州省黔东南州为例，对其集体建设用地流转动因与模式选择进行了研究。结果表明：土地供需矛盾、新型城镇化及惠民政策实施是其主要驱动因素。西江模式、农业产业园模式和城郊模式是该区集体建设用地流转的主要模式。

Collective construction land circulation had great significance for increasing economic benefit of land use resources. Taking Qiandongnan for example, this paper analyze the driving factor and mode selection of collective construction land circulation in Qiandongnan. The results show that: the supply and demand of land, new urbanization and favorable policy implementation were the main driving factors. Xijiang model, agriculture industrial park model and suburbs model were the main models of collective construction land circulation.
