目的：探讨绵阳市建立市级静脉输液治疗委员会联动管理体系的意义。方法：由绵阳市静脉输液治疗委员制订片区管理制度、培训计划，进行临床实践及推广的方法等，多层次、全方位地开展与推进静脉治疗的培训工作。结果：提高了全市静脉输液治疗护理工作者的业务水平与质控能力，建立了市级静脉输液规范治疗标准及统一管理联动机制。结论：在社区及基层医疗机构中建立与推广静脉输液治疗委员会联动管理体系，可帮助基层医院发展静脉输液治疗技术，巩固医院护理学科的专业学术地位。

Purpose:to promote the municipal professional committees and the grass-roots medical institutions to i.v. therapy linkage management system, the establishment of intravenous treatment team made the city’s regional common development with intravenous therapy professional standards. Method:of mianyang professional committee to i.v. therapy the area management responsibility system, training plan, promoting clinical practice, etc., to conduct and promote the unification of the intravenous treatment of multi-level and comprehensive training. Results:improve the level of the nursing workers to i.v. therapy business in the city to control the quality and ability, set up the municipal treatment standard of intravenous fluids and unified management linkage mechanism. Conclusion:promoting committee to i.v. therapy in the community, the linkage of the grassroots medical institutions management, promote the development of for venous transfusion treatment technology, consolidate the academic status of hospital nursing disciplines.
