目的:研究复方黄芪丸对四氯化碳(CCl4)致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法将60只昆明小鼠分成五组,即复方黄芪丸高剂量组(3.90 g/kg)、复方黄芪丸低剂量组(1.95 g/kg)、联苯双酯阳性对照组(0.20 g/kg)、阴性对照组及模型组,每组各12只。各组连续给药7 d,末次给药1 h后,阴性对照组腹腔注射橄榄油,其余各组腹腔注射0.5%的CCl4橄榄油溶液,16 h后测定血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)及总蛋白(TP)的水平,同时进行肝脏组织病理学检查。结果与模型组比较,经复方黄芪丸药物组预防性治疗后,AST、ALT明显降低,且可以显著逆转CCl4所致的TP降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);肝组织病理学检查表明,复方黄芪丸高、低剂量组均能减轻肝细胞脂肪变性和坏死。结论复方黄芪丸对CCl4造成的小鼠肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。
目的:研究複方黃芪汍對四氯化碳(CCl4)緻小鼠肝損傷的保護作用。方法將60隻昆明小鼠分成五組,即複方黃芪汍高劑量組(3.90 g/kg)、複方黃芪汍低劑量組(1.95 g/kg)、聯苯雙酯暘性對照組(0.20 g/kg)、陰性對照組及模型組,每組各12隻。各組連續給藥7 d,末次給藥1 h後,陰性對照組腹腔註射橄欖油,其餘各組腹腔註射0.5%的CCl4橄欖油溶液,16 h後測定血清中丙氨痠氨基轉移酶(ALT)、天門鼕氨痠氨基轉移酶(AST)及總蛋白(TP)的水平,同時進行肝髒組織病理學檢查。結果與模型組比較,經複方黃芪汍藥物組預防性治療後,AST、ALT明顯降低,且可以顯著逆轉CCl4所緻的TP降低,差異均有統計學意義(P<0.05);肝組織病理學檢查錶明,複方黃芪汍高、低劑量組均能減輕肝細胞脂肪變性和壞死。結論複方黃芪汍對CCl4造成的小鼠肝損傷具有一定的保護作用。
목적:연구복방황기환대사록화탄(CCl4)치소서간손상적보호작용。방법장60지곤명소서분성오조,즉복방황기환고제량조(3.90 g/kg)、복방황기환저제량조(1.95 g/kg)、련분쌍지양성대조조(0.20 g/kg)、음성대조조급모형조,매조각12지。각조련속급약7 d,말차급약1 h후,음성대조조복강주사감람유,기여각조복강주사0.5%적CCl4감람유용액,16 h후측정혈청중병안산안기전이매(ALT)、천문동안산안기전이매(AST)급총단백(TP)적수평,동시진행간장조직병이학검사。결과여모형조비교,경복방황기환약물조예방성치료후,AST、ALT명현강저,차가이현저역전CCl4소치적TP강저,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05);간조직병이학검사표명,복방황기환고、저제량조균능감경간세포지방변성화배사。결론복방황기환대CCl4조성적소서간손상구유일정적보호작용。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of compound astragalus pills on carbon tetrachloride (CCl4)-in-duced acute liver injury in rats. Methods A total of 60 Kunming rats were randomized into 5 groups:high-dosage group of com-pound astragalus pills (3.90 g/kg),low-dosage group of compound astragalus pills (1.95 g/kg),positive control group of Bifendate (0.20 g/kg),negative control group and model group,12 cases in each group. Each group was administrated for 7 d,and 1 h after the last administration,the negative control group was with intraperitoneal injection of injected with olive oil,the other groups were with intraperitoneal injection of 0.5%CCl4 olive oil solution. 16 h later,the levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and total proteins(TP) in the serum were measured and liver tissue pathological examination was conducted. Results Compared with the model group,the levels of AST and ALT in the groups of compound astragalus pill decreased obvi-ously after preventive treatment,and CCl4-induced TP reduction was reversed simultaneously,the differences had statistical signifi-cance(P<0.05). Histopathological examination showed high and low dose of compound astragalus pill could reduce liver steatosis and necrosis. Conclusion Compound astragalus pill has a protective effect on liver injury in CCl 4 induced rats.
