目的:研究氟离子对SD大鼠氟斑牙及脏器系数的影响。方法SD大鼠96只,按单一性别分为12组,每组8只,每组均设有空白对照组(纯净水)、氟化钠染毒组[2、4、8、16、32mg/kg],隔天染毒观察并记录各组大鼠氟斑牙症状,测量大鼠体质量。染毒90d后颈椎脱臼处死大鼠,摘取脏器并称质量,计算脏器系数。结果高浓度氟离子暴露引起大鼠体质量增长率降低,牙齿出现氟斑牙,心脏和肝脏发生损伤,同时对雌性大鼠的影响更明显。结论高浓度氟离子暴露对SD大鼠的体质量和牙齿有一定的影响,且对雌鼠影响更明显,同时会导致心脏和肝脏发生损伤。

목적:연구불리자대SD대서불반아급장기계수적영향。방법SD대서96지,안단일성별분위12조,매조8지,매조균설유공백대조조(순정수)、불화납염독조[2、4、8、16、32mg/kg],격천염독관찰병기록각조대서불반아증상,측량대서체질량。염독90d후경추탈구처사대서,적취장기병칭질량,계산장기계수。결과고농도불리자폭로인기대서체질량증장솔강저,아치출현불반아,심장화간장발생손상,동시대자성대서적영향경명현。결론고농도불리자폭로대SD대서적체질량화아치유일정적영향,차대자서영향경명현,동시회도치심장화간장발생손상。
Objective To study the effect of fluorine exposure on the dental fluorosis and organ coefficient of SD rats. Methods Ninety-six SD rats were randomly divided into 12 groups according to single gender,8 cases in each group,that is,the control group and sodium fluoride contamination group (2,4,8,16,32 mg/kg). To observe the symptoms of dental fluorosis and determine the body mass of rats every other day. The rats were killed by cervical dislocation 90 d after contamination to obtain or-gans for weighting and calculating organ coefficient. Results The growth rate of body mass was decreased in rats with high-con-centration fluoride exposure,dental fluorosis appeared,and heart and liver were both damaged;moreover,the high-concentration fluoride exposure had more obvious influence on female rats. Conclusion High-concentration fluoride exposure can affect the body mass and teeth of SD rats,causing heart and liver damage,especially to female rats.
