目的:探讨基于问题的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)与情境教学法相结合在高职妇产科护理教学中的应用效果.方法于2013年9-12月在上海医药高等专科学校2012级高职护理专业的3个班级共104名学生中采用 PBL与情境教学法相结合的教学模式进行?妇产科护理?部分章节的教学,利用专业知识笔试、半开放式问卷和学生访谈等形式对学习效果和教学效果进行评价.结果学生对专业知识掌握的合格率为98.1%,学生对 PBL与情境教学法结合模式有助于明确学习目的、激发学习兴趣等的评价均高于95.0%,访谈结果也进一步说明了学生对该教学方法的充分认可.结论 PBL与情境教学法相结合能够提高护生的学习兴趣,促进护生对护士角色的适应,对提升护生的自主学习能力及灵活运用知识解决问题的能力有积极意义.

Objective To discuss the effectiveness of application of PBL combined with the situational teaching method in gynecology and obstetrics nursing education.Methods From September to December 2013,taught 104 higher vocational college students of 3 classes how to take care of the women with obstetrics and gynecology disease using PBL combined with situational teaching method.By using written test,semi-open questionnaire and interview to evaluate the learning and teaching effectiveness.Results The qualified rate of professional knowledge was 98.1%.More than 95.0% students claimed that the PBL com-bined with the situational teaching method was helpful for clear the learning obj ective,arouse learning interest.The interview result show that the teaching method was welcome by students.Conclusion The teaching method of PBL combined with situational teaching can improve nursing students ’interest in learning,help them to adapt to the role of nurses,enhance their self-learning ability,and problem-solving skills as well.
