目的:探讨认知行为干预(cognitivebehaviortherapy,CBT)对原发性肝癌患者自我效能及希望水平的影响.方法便利抽样法选取2011年1月至2012年6月长海中医医院治疗的202例患者为研究对象,根据其入院时间先后将其分为观察组和对照组,每组101例,分别采用CBT和常规教育方法对其进行健康教育,分别于健康教育前及教育后10~15d评定患者的自我效能及希望水平.结果在健康教育前,两组患者的希望水平及自我效能感的差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);而健康教育后,两组患者的希望水平及自我效能感均有增加,但以观察组增加更为明显,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01).结论采用CBT模式可有效地减轻患者的心理压力,增加患者的自我效能感,提升患者希望水平,改善患者生活质量,促进康复.

Objective To investigate the effects of cognitive behavior therapy on self-efficacy,hope level of patients with primary liver cancer(PLC).Methods By convenience sampling,a total of 202 patients with PLC were recruited from Changhai Hospital.The patients were equally divided into treatment group and control group based on their admission time.Patients in the treatment group were intervened with cognitive behavior therapy and patients in control group received routine care.After 10 or 15 days intervention, patients were evaluated using General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),and hope index.Results There were no significant differences between treatment group and control group in scores of self-efficacy and hope levels before health education(P>0.05).Both routine care and cognitive behavior therapy can increase the scores of GSES and hope index,especially in treatment group(P<0.01).Conclusion Cognitive behavior therapy is effective in improving quality of life of patients with PLC by easing pressure,and promoting hope and recovery.
